Omamofe “Mofe” Boyo: Born 26 May, 1967 to late  Godwin Mogbeyi Tsereje Boyo and Justice Constance Rekhia Ayashe Momoh.

He is the Deputy Group Chief Executive of Oando PLC, one of sub-Saharan Africa’s foremost indigenous energy companies. Prior to this, Mofe doubled as the CEO of Oando Marketing PLC and CEO of Oando Supply and Trading. As CEO of Oando Supply and Trading, between 2004 and 2006, he transformed the company into Africa’s largest private sector trading company while spearheading major industry initiatives. Mofe started his career with Chief Rotimi Williams’ Chambers, a leading Nigerian law firm, where he specialized in shipping and oil services. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kings College, University of London, England (1989) and has attended Advanced Management Programmes at INSEAD. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Nigerian Bar Association and currently serves on the board of several companies.

His passion for ensuring that young Nigerians have access to quality education led he and others to found Lagos Preparatory and Secondary School Ikoyi, one of the top British curriculum schools in the country where he now serves as a Director.

Mofe is a member of several social clubs in Nigeria including the prestigious Ikoyi Club1938 and the Lagos Boat Club. He is an avid golfer and also watches the English Premier League where he supports Arsenal football club. He is also an enthusiastic art collector and loves to listen to jazz music.

Mofe is a husband to Ego Boyo, a notable film maker, and lives in Lagos  with their three children.
