ALHAJI PRINCE ABDULKAREEM AHMAD MOMOH
Alhaji Prince Abdulkareem Momoh had a very humble beginning. He was born at the Royal Palace to the immediate family of late Mallam Ahmad Ekah 77 Momoh (Popularly called 7 7) and Alhajia Mrs Ramotu C Momoh (Popularly called Christiana) in April 1960.
He lived his early childhood life with his parents at the Otaru palace while keeping very close companionship with both Late HRH Abukeremi Momoh and Late HRH Alhaji Ahmad Guruza Momoh during their life time. He was closely under the tutelage of the late Ogbachi of Auchi Madam Adi Momoh and Late Prince A.B.C. Momoh.
ISLAMIC EDUCATION
He started his educational career with the Islamic wooden slate (ano) night studies and graduated to reading the mini Quran (Bagdad) and finally studying the full Quran at different Islamic schools before graduating with the wolimat Quran. He attended various Islamic vacation courses, serminars and advanced certificated general Islamic and Quranic memorisation courses at Auchi, Abuja and Lagos.
As a devoted muslim, he has undertaken the Holy pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina several times. He has also sponsored some other muslim devotees on pilgrimages to these Holy land.
ENGLISH GREGORIAN ACADEMIC EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
He started his primary education at the then Muslim (now MOMOH) primary school, Auchi and had his First school leaving certificate in 1972.
He proceeded to Esigie college Abudu in 1974 and had a Teacher’s Grade Two certificate in 1979.
He then entered Auchi Polytechnic in 1980 where he obtained Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accountancy in 1982 and The Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy in 1985.
He went further to obtain BSC Accountancy in 2013 and MSC Accountancy in 2018 from Imo state University, Owerri.
He attended the Institute of Transformatory Thoughts and Learning ( Doctorial Research Centre and University) Arizona-USA (2012 – 2013) where he obtained MBA Entrepreneurship ( December 2013)
He also obtained MBA Finance Management in 2015 from Ladoke Akintola University, Oyo State.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS WITH DATES:
At the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (I C A N) – He got Chartered as an Associate member, ACA (December 1991), and became a Fellow member, FCA (Jan 2002),
At the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria ( C I T N ) – He got chartered as Associate member, ACTI (April 1999) and later become a Fellow Member, FCTI (May 2005).
At the Management Consultancy Level, he got chartered as a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Management Consultants (CMC) and was later conferred with fellowship status (FIMC) of the International Institute of Management Consultants in March 2022.
